I’ve noticed that dried mushrooms when rehydrated have a very meat like texture. Every time I mentioned that in other videos I immediately got comments to make jerky! When I asked if you wanted to see more mushrooms I knew I had to make this mushroom jerky and I am sooo glad I did!!
This is some of the best Jerky I’ve ever had… its meaty, chewy, smokey, sweet and spicy and the best part is that its texture is incredibly meaty!
