Chia Seed Recipes
I’ve been eating chia seeds regularly as part of my diet for a little over a year now. One really easy way I have my seeds is in my own little chia fresca. I use three tablespoons of chia seeds to four ounces of tart cherry juice and let that soak overnight! I add around a third of the soaked tart chia seeds to two cups of ice cold water with a pinch of sea salt. And it is delicious! Chia Chocolate
When I eat my chia chocolate I feel fuller longer. The chia chocolate that I make is just three tablespoons of chia seeds mixed with one tablespoon of cocoa, a little salt, a tablespoon or two of maple syrup, and two thirds cup water. Mix it! It will be thick, let it sit overnight. You end up with a thick pudding. You can then top it with some of your thinner chia pudding and some fresh fruit!

Chia Pudding
To make the thinner basic chia pudding I just add a quarter cup of the seeds to a cup of oat milk. Mix it together and let it soak! The chia seeds keep you fuller for longer! You should give these chia seed recipes a try! They are delicious and good for you! Watch the full video here!
