So I decided to have my parents give it a try and see DOES this actually taste like chicken? Is this one of the BEST vegan chicken cutlets around?
To test this I decide to make Popeyes chicken sandwich, with the Popeyes chicken sandwich sauce! I used the Meati Chicken and Litelife chicken to see which chickun breast was the best. Really I wanted to see if Meati, the mushroom mycelium chicken could pass for REAL Chicken!
