I was asked why are we not drying tofu in rice like we do our cell phones… That made me laugh a little but then I thought, why not? I asked you all on a poll what you do if you drop your phone in water and most people said put it in rice… so lets put it to the test, does drying tofu in rice actually make a difference in the way tofu tastes, mouthfeel, texture, and cooks!
