How to make Black Garlic
I have been seeing Black Garlic everywhere!! Black Garlic is just regular garlic, but aged. This process turns garlic into a savory, sweet, earthy and incredible ingredient to use on just about anything that requires garlic but could use a punch up on flavor! Instructions
- Wrap cleaned garlic in foil
- Place in sealed container or baking dish that is wrapped in more foil
- heat at 140º F for 4 weeks
- Enjoy
