Today we learn how to cook sushi rice at home! This is the same sticky rice found at your favorite sushi restaurants that you can roll, bowl, or ball into awesome sushi goodness! I cooked this sushi rice in a pot without a rice cooker. Either method works fine for the rice, I just prefer the diy easy how to make sushi rice in a pot method.
