Amazing Breakfast
This breakfast is huge, it is almost 2lbs of food. It will keep you fuller for longer, and feeling so much better than any fast food breakfast sandwich. And it tastes better! When I started eating a healthy breakfast like this, weight loss became dramatically easier! So let me teach you how to make it. If you like this recipe, be sure to check out this one too! and this one!

Oat Prep
In a bowl I add seventy grams or two thirds cup of extra thick rolled oats along with thirty grams of chia seeds, 500 milliliters unsweetened organic soy milk, a little vanilla extract, and salt. Give it a good mix. These measurements are for two servings, you can half them for one serving! Then toss it into the refrigerator overnight, to be enjoyed tomorrow! The next day I removed it from the refrigerator. And add half of it to my bowl. The other half gets saved for next time!

Toppings
To it I add 100 grams of coconut yogurt, 100 grams of blueberries, 50 grams blackberries, and 100 grams strawberries. You can prep this for two to three days at a time! It is such a simple, good breakfast. And you can make it however you prefer! You can use whatever fruit, you could add hemp seeds or more protein! You can also top it with whatever you like, I topped mine with some chocolate granola.

Stats
This whole breakfast comes out to 500 calories. If you eat all this, you are going to be full for a while! It has close to 21 grams of fiber, and close to 20 grams of protein. This tastes so good, and it is so good for you and it was SO easy to make! You should give it a try! Watch the full video here!
