I never thought I could cook tofu this perfect… I mean it’s really perfect. Crunchy on the outside, soft and firm in the middle. No starch, no breading… it holds onto sauce well, works great for sandwiches, salads, stir fries or rice dishes… in my opinion it’s the best tofu preparation!
