Making CHICKEN from GRAPEFRUIT peels | Bistec de Toronja

I just finished my Veg Bacon series and I wanted to make a vegetarian Chicken series… First up is grapefruit steak. The grapefruit steak is a cuban dish called Bistec de Toronja (which means grapefruit steak). It was created out of necessity in the 90s during the cuban food shortages.
