Making Mushroom Onigiri the Japanese Rice Balls!

I wanted to make Onigiri, the musubi big brother! So I grabbed some mushrooms and whipped up some O-Musubi Japanese Rice balls. This Mushroom Onigiri is simple to make and these little Japanese rice ball sandwiches are soo good!

  1. I don’t quite understand. I have really enjoyed your channel and preparations, and have been subscribed for about two years, maybe a shade more. You have always elevated the plant based cuisine. But here in the onigiri preparation you are using bonito flakes, and that is dried fish ….. whats up with that?

    1. This video was filmed over 5 years ago prior to me taking the channel 100% plant based. When the channel first started I shared vegetarian and pescatarian recipes.
