Its no secret that Lentil Soup is one of my favorite meals, but what if this Single Meal That Changes Every Day of the Week… Like making lentil soup that you can then make into lentil tacos, then into lentil hummus, then in lentil spaghetti… Lentil sloppy joes.. really just by making a large pot of lentil soup you could have a different meal every day of the week.. its amazing!
