This is REAL Ketchup and it’s Mind Blowing. ITs Mushroom ketchup! Mushroom ketchup is one of the original ketchups, now there is a lot of debate on what is REAL so lets take that with a grain of salt, BUT tomato ketchup is like the last version, of ketchup and honestly after trying this I don’t know why it stuck. This is far richer, far superior ketchup in my opinion.

I SWEAR This Isn’t REAL Roast Beef

Recently I made a pastrami sandwich using gluten. I wanted to keep working on vegan deli meat so today we are making a vegan roast beef, but this time we are using the lions mane mushroom. This is by far the meatiest vegan meat I have tried!! The Constancy of the dried lions mane mushroom when rehydrated is so incredibly close to meat!
