I was in the mood for a childhood favorite.. Boxed cake, but boxed cake isnt that great for you, so I wanted to make a more macro friendly version with some tweaks, so I took a standard duncan hines boxed cake mix and made it a little healthier, more protein, more fiber, FAR FAR less fat and A LOT less calories to make a snack cake that you could eat every day!
