I saw that Claire from Lifehacker turned bananna peels into vegan bacon and I had to try it! This is now my 4th vegan bacon recipe and I know I said I was done with the plant based bacon but I had to try it! I mean Banana Peel Bacon sounds like something seriously interesting right???
