Making Vegan Deli Meat that Actually Tastes Good

I recently joined this group on Facebook where they make seitan using the wash that flour method! Now this seitan they are making is some of the best vegan meats I’ve seen. I recently came across a recipe by Oncle Hu that looked incredible and I knew I had to try it!!
So here is my slightly modified vegan pastrami!! Its amazing!!
