I’ve been working on my chicken nuggets lately and starting with recreating the impossible nuggets and now the beyond nuggets! Once I can nail both of these we can start working on what can be left out what can be changed to make them better, and how to make them cheaper and more accessible!
Using Pea Protien here seamed to make the most sense for the texture and bite and I’m so glad I did because it really worked out!
