Recently while at a local Asian Market I spotted Veri Soy better known as Cha Bong Chay. This stuff has an incredible fiber texture and taste and I thought this could be perfect to mimic the fibers of meat, so I made a steak! – JOIN the SauceSquad – to print recipes and merchandise!!!
