Trying the Bryan Johnson “Anti Aging” Dinner

Bryan Johnson’s Dinner

Today I am going to be teaching you how to make Bryan Johnson’s “anti aging” third meal! Or what most people would consider, dinner. This meal is loaded with sweet potato, avocado, chickpeas and a lot more. So who is Bryan Johnson? This millionaire, entrepreneur, claims that his blueprint will extend life. He calls himself “the world’s most measured human”. Now even though there’s been a lot of positives that have come out of this, it has been met with lots of skepticism from the scientific community. I made his lunch before and really enjoyed it and still make it from time to time. Let’s see how dinner turns out! If you like this recipe be sure to check out this one too! and this one!

In The Oven

I’m going to be making two portions. The first thing we need to do is roast the sweet potato until you can puncture it with a fork. Each sweet potato I have is 300 grams. I roast them at 400ºf, for about twenty five minutes. While those roast I drain and rinse the chickpeas. It’s forty five grams of chickpeas per serving so I’m going to do ninety grams. I juice a whole lemon into the chickpeas then I also add two teaspoons of chili powder (a teaspoon per serving) then mix it and set it aside for fifteen minutes or so. We need twenty four grape tomatoes, tossed onto a sheet pan, then into the oven next to the potatoes. Let them roast until they have some color and they’ve popped a little.

Toppings

Now for the avocado mash, I slice and peel one whole avocado and add it to a bowl along with the juice from two limes, and one lemon. Then stir until creamy. Now each bowl is going to get four radishes so I slice those thin. Same with one jalapeno per dish. I have a quarter cup of cilantro chopped. The potatoes are pierce-able, so I take them out of the oven as well as the tomatoes.

Taste Test

I slice the sweet potato in half and plate it, then pour the chickpeas on, the chili sauce, the tomatoes, jalapenos, avocado mash, radishes, cilantro and a tablespoon of olive oil! This is really good! There’s a kick to it and a lot of spices. The lime flavor really comes through which tastes great. The coolness of the cilantro is nice. All these different flavors compliment each other so well! I made this so quickly too! There is no salt on this! It is spicy, but not overwhelming. I think this whole bowl is about 500 calories. There’s lots of carbs! So I think you should totally try Bryan Johnson’s dinner! Watch the full video here!
