I’ve made soy skin meat or tofu skin meat in the past and it always came out pretty good! I’ve even used tofu skins aka YUBA to make chicken drumstick skin and WOW was it good! But after seeing that @emmymade made a soy skin chicken drumstick I had to give this recipe a try.
