    I really like your recipes, not a vegan, but texture and flavor are more important than the meat part. Kinda picky, don’t like the chickpeas(kinda waxey) for instance. But what I’d like to see on your website is a basic list of items to keep in a pantry, like jackfruit, and the mushroom flavoring stuff. Where to get them and how much they generally cost seeing as how I am older and on a fixed income. Also how long some of the items last. A lot of stuff you make looks really good, but being a beginner as plant based stuff, going out trying to find the ingredients is really offputting. I’d like to be able to use locally grown items if possible too, since getting food from Asian countries is probably not great for the environment. So, to sum up, maybe you try using locally grown inexpensive ingredients and do a series on that. Thanks for the videos.
