Quick Vegan Butter
Today I am going to show you one of the quickest, easiest, vegan butter recipes that there is. There are so many products that use the name butter, that happen to be 100% plant-based. This is so fast, let me show you how. If you like this recipe, check out this one too! and this one!
In a container I add a third cup of soy milk, three quarters of a cup melted coconut oil, a quarter cup olive oil, a tablespoon of juice from something fermented like sauerkraut, a little salt and turmeric for color. Now I am just going to blend this, toss it into a fresh container and then into the fridge so that it can set up. Once it has set it is all done and it tastes good! This is vegan butter! Why You Are Wrong About Vegan Butter
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy milk
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp juice from something fermented
- pinch salt
- pinch turmeric
Instructions
- In a container add soy milk, melted coconut oil, olive oil, juice from something fermented, salt, and turmeric.
- Blend it, add it to a fresh container then place it in the fridge to set. Enjoy!
