Tofu Ricotta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Block Extra Firm Tofu Pressed as much liquid as you can
  • 1/4 cup plant milk unflavored
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • I used a nut milk bag to press the tofu. Pressing and squeezing really gets this to the correct constancy as well!
  • Mix everything together until you get a ricotta consistency and you can form the "cheese" into a ball and it stays together
