- 1 cup and 1 tbsp salt
- 16 cups water
- pinch vegan butter
- pinch parsley
Wash potatoes.
Add water to two large pots.
Add salt to both pots.
After salt has dissolved, turn heat on to get water boiling, and add the potatoes.
Once boiling, reduce heat.
Set timer for fifteen minutes, drain water from potatoes.
Add them back into their pots, and cover up.
After they've sat, dump them into separate bowls.
Add vegan butter and rosemary overtop.
