Add water, apple cider vinegar, capers, caper juice, salt, and kelp into saucepan. Bring it to a simmer then add the apples and reduce the heat. Allow to rest for ten minutes.
Remove kelp from pan then dump apples and liquid into container along with olive oil. Stir then add a lid and let refrigerate overnight.
Strain apples from liquid and put them back in their container. Cover with beet powder and baking soda then fill container with water and add salt.
Add a lid and give it a shake then let it rest in the refrigerator for two hours. Enjoy!
