No One Would Know the Fish is an Apple

Ingredients
  

Apple Fish

  • 3 fuji apples
  • water
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • caper juice
  • salt
  • small square of kelp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp beet powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Poke Bowl

  • rice
  • ginger
  • turmeric
  • vegan mayonnaise
  • sesame oil
  • rice vinegar
  • chili oil
  • togarashi seasoning
  • agave
  • pickled veggies
  • avocado
  • soy sauce
  • everything seasoning
  • green onion

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cube the apples.
  • Add water, apple cider vinegar, capers, caper juice, salt, and kelp into saucepan. Bring it to a simmer then add the apples and reduce the heat. Allow to rest for ten minutes.
  • Remove kelp from pan then dump apples and liquid into container along with olive oil. Stir then add a lid and let refrigerate overnight.
  • Strain apples from liquid and put them back in their container. Cover with beet powder and baking soda then fill container with water and add salt.
  • Add a lid and give it a shake then let it rest in the refrigerator for two hours. Enjoy!
