You’ve Never had Vegan Ham like this

I really wanted to figure out how to make a sliceable vegan ham using a technique I’ve used in the past… Using Soy skin!!!! Soy skin is so versatile and can be used as skin for vegan meats or as the texture it self!! I used a neat ham maker to press this together and when heated to 190º f the agar activates and sets this whole vegan ham together!!
