Mix egg replacer with 3 tbls water, black pepper, liquid smoke, garlic powder
coat entire outside of radish in egg mixture
fill bottom of glass baking dish with coarse salt
add radish to baking dish and cover entirely in salt
bake 425 for 40 minutes
slice radish in half and alow to cool
slice in very thin slices on mandolin
Make brine with remaining ingredients
heat on low heat until mixed together
put radish into sealable storage container
pour brine over radish
let set overnight in refrigerator
next day remove radish from brine and allow to drip
steam for 30 minutes
enjoy radish "beef"
