Wash and clean your veggie. Do not dry
Preheat oven to 425
Pour enough salt to cover bottom of a glass baking dish
add vegetables to salt and cover veg with salt
Bake for at 30-40 minutes check after 20 minutes for rubbery texture
Add water to a large bowl adding the rest of the sauces and seasonings
once vegetables have cooled slice into thin salmon sized slices
place in container and cover with seasoning sauce, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 day.
