Using a peeler slice bacon sized slices out of your carrot or parsnip
lay slices flat on paper towel and heavily salt using kosher salt
let salted piece rest for at least 10-15 minutes
make bacon seasoning mixing the rest of the ingredients
wipe excess salt off carrot or parsnip
place slices in seasoning sauce and let rest for 10-15 minutes
heat skillet with light flavored oil on medium heat
fry carrot or parsnip in skillet flipping regular until browned and crispy
