Add vegan mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and cilantro to blender. Blend, then put mixture in refrigerator.
Chipotle Mayonnaise
Add vegan mayonnaise, lime juice, tabasco chipotle hot sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked chipotle chili pepper, blend, and put in refrigerator.
Burrito
Rinse quinoa with cold water. Add vegetable broth, water, put it in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add quinoa, salt, cumin, and black pepper, then cover it and let sit for fifteen minutes on low heat.
Add black beans and cook for another two to three minutes. Keep it covered, take off heat, let sit for five minutes.
