Which One is the Greatest Meatloaf... With 0 Meat

I took a meatloaf recipe from Beyond and Impossible's websites so I can make them both, and figure out which one is better!

Ingredients
  

Beyond Meatloaf

  • beyond meat
  • .5 large onion
  • Not Steak Sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup plant based milk
  • oil

Impossible Meatloaf

  • impossible meat
  • 1 cup Not Steak Sauce
  • .5 medium onion
  • .5 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • oil

Instructions
 

Beyond Meatloaf

  • Finely chop onion and add it to skillet with oil over medium heat.
  • In small bowl add Not Steak sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and mix. Then add to onions when they are done cooking.
  • Mince garlic, add to onions. Cook together for a moment.
  • In large bowl add beyond meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, plant based milk, Not Steak Sauce and the onions. Mix together well.
  • Oil up a loaf pan and add in the meat. Set it aside

Impossible Meatloaf

  • To a large bowl add impossible meat, Not Steak Sauce, onion, red bell pepper, garlic, and old bay seasoning. Mix together well.
  • Oil another loaf pan and add in meat.
  • Preheat oven to 425ºf.
  • Toss pans in and let them bake.
  • They bakes for ten minutes then take out the beyond and add Not Steak Sauce overtop as a glaze. Put back in oven and bake for fifteen more minutes
  • Take them out and let them rest for ten minutes, then plate and enjoy!
