ears of corn
vegan butter
salt
Instructions
Microwave Corn
Toss an ear of corn with the husk still on, in the microwave, wrapped in a wet paper towel. Microwave for 5 minutes.
Grilled Corn
Remove the husk, coat corn in vegan butter and salt.
Prepare grilled with hot charcoals. Add foil pack onto grill, directly over the heat.
Let cook for 15 minutes but continue rotating.
Oven Roasted Corn
Leave the husk on but remove the corn silk.
Preheat the oven for 350ºf.
Toss the corn directly on the rack for 35 minutes.
Steamed Corn
Place an ear of corn (no husk) in a steamer for 7 to 10 minutes.
Grilled With Husk
Add to grill with husk on for 15 minutes. Continue to rotate it around so it doesn't burn.
