Instructions
With a ring mold, some parchment paper, and a jar lid, I cut out the patties.
I roll 2 of them into meatballs to make smash burgers.
Season them with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper on both sides.
Add oil to skillet on medium heat and cook for less than 4 minutes on each side.
Cook smash burgers, then place them in bun and add some Not Steak Sauce.
