mix starch with melted coconut oil and set aside
mix all sauces and seasonings together
fold sheets of soy skin into bacon size strips
while folding add a small amount of coconut oil/starch mixture to the middle of each fold
press flat
drench in bacon sauce
let rest for 10 minutes
add small amount of cooking oil to skillet
fry on medium high heat for around a minute a side constantly flipping
remove to paper towel and allow to crisp
