Basic Pickled Mushrooms

White button mushrooms work fine here

Instructions
Clean and place the mushrooms in a sauce pan covered in water add large pinch salt and boil for about 20 minutes
Remove mushrooms and save broth... its really good
Now in a sauce pan add the water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper corns bring to simmer then remove from heat.
Add boiled mushrooms to jar or your preferred container and pour pickling broth over mushrooms, seal and let rest refrigerated over night.
