I recently came across a TikTok of people turning ground meat into a “fake” steak! I thought, why couldn’t I do the same thing with vegan meat? So I whipped up a quick plant based mince and used a few other plant based techniques I had up my sleeve to come up with a pretty incredibly first go at a meaty vegan steak!
