The Impossible nuggets are pretty dang good and every time I’ve tested different vegan chicken the Impossible ranks all the way at the top.. but they are pricy! So What a better nugget to see if we can make budget than the impossible nuggets! I wanted to see if we could mimic, pretty spot on the impossible nugget flavor and texture and… not to brag, but I nailed it!!

Now I get that all of these ingredients together come out really expensive. But once purchased you can make quite a bit of vegan meat!
