After I made the Grapefruit Chicken I got a TON of comments to try Pomelo! Well after a bit of testing and some research I found the pomelo pith to be more like another meat.. Pork belly. I came across an old Chinese recipe Braised Pomelo. It was commonly served along side meat but after trying it, I realized how well it works on its own!
