Today I wanted to show you my family’s New Years tradition Sauerkraut and kielbasa but made vegan! We are making the kraut from scratch the vegan kielbasa from scratch and lets see if I can get close to my grandmas recipe! Its been 20 years since I’ve had it, but I know I could never forget that flavor!
I’m going to be using beyond meat and beyond sausage for the kielbasa, but you can substitute any plant based beef and sausage together to get this flavor!
