AN INSANELY DELICIOUS VEGGIE BURGER THAT WON’T HAVE YOU MISSING MEAT! I wanted to make a veggie burger that rivaled beyond meat and impossible meat but was kind of like a hybrid veggie burger. This is a combination of veggie burger and textured protein, but the protein is made from Pea Protein! This comes out INSANELY Good and I think you for sure won’t be missing meat after this!

I was inspired to make this by @samthecookingguy after his veggie burger. His burger wasn’t vegan, but I changed that and made mine 100% plant based vegan burger!

This uses the plant basics textured crumbles with pea protein, shiitake mushrooms, plant basics beef seasoning, onions, black beans, egg replacer, and wheat gluten to make the base of the burger.
I then topped it with avocado and made a jalapeño, caramelized onion topping!!
