How I made Vegan Mushroom Scallops.. A LOT Better.
Ok so this isn’t the first time I’m pickling mushrooms, but this is the BEST way I’ve done it. These pickled mushrooms have a very unique taste and texture that resembles large Sea scallops incredibly well, better than any method I’ve seen.
You’re going to want to pickle your mushrooms, you’ll thank you!
