Stop Boiling Pasta in WATER, You’ll Thank YOU! Seriously there are so many other ways to enjoy pasta! The best part besides being incredibly tasty is this comes together so much quicker, uses less pots and pans and a heck of a lot less wasted energy trying to get a pot up to a boil!
You can use any pasta you want, any liquid you want as a base and any veg! I know this is taking it back to the basics but sometimes a reminder is nice!
Check out just about any risotto recipe and swap out the rice for a macaroni, spaghetti or whatever pasta shape you want.. I love this hack!

I Tried Fried Chicken made from Enoki Mushrooms… and it was pretty good. Best part, It took maybe 15 minutes.
I recently saw Merle trying Enoki mushroom chicken from an instagram post by rhi.scran I’ll link it below… and it looked REALLY good.. but there was one part I thought I could fix so I gave it a try.

The Crawfish Salad Roll.. but NO Crawfish… this is the BEST Vegan Sandwich I’ve ever made! ITs my new favorite thing and it’s something you need to make this summer at least once, but I’m sure you will make it more. I have a feeling this will end up at some pool parties and bbq’s this summer for sure!
Monica and I recently got back from Jazz Fest in New Orleans and 1 of the sandwiches I kept seeing was this crawfish salad roll… I wanted to make it out of mushrooms though, everyone kept raving about it. So here it is and WOW is it good!

P.S. I really screwed up these rolls… I’m not a baker and I know that. I never get good rolls. I get a lot of you that ask for fails, so here it is!

This is REAL Ketchup and it’s Mind Blowing. ITs Mushroom ketchup! Mushroom ketchup is one of the original ketchups, now there is a lot of debate on what is REAL so lets take that with a grain of salt, BUT tomato ketchup is like the last version, of ketchup and honestly after trying this I don’t know why it stuck.
