This is the best vegan chicken recipe I’ve made yet. It comes out with such an amazing texture. The taste is very mild, meaty, and chickuny. I based this concept on 2 things. It started off first as a recipe for making homemade vegan soy curls and I got the concept to make soy curls after reading up about Soya Chaap, an Indian dish made using soy beans and TVP. I knew soy curls were made 100% out of soy beans so I wanted something close to that. Unfortunately without the correct machinery getting that pressure and heat would be impossible so we are adding vital wheat gluten to the soy bean and TVP mix to create and incredible chicken texture you can make at home into just about any shape or chicken product you need!
