Check out this #shorts I made a vegan fried fish using eggplant and WOW is it GOOD! I made the @gordonramsay Vegan Eggplant steak dinner and booooooo it wasn’t anything steaky at all… So I figured let me find something that I can use an eggplant for (besides eggplant) and this is what I came up with and Im so glad I did!
