Took 4 Years to Learn How to Make This so GOOD

I’ve been working a lot with Lions Mane mushroom lately and I’ve been doing a lot of mushroom tests. I’ve been able to use everything that I’ve learned from testing on king oyster mushrooms for this lions mane steak recipe and WOW is it good. This is by far the best vegan steak I’ve had and I think I’m almost ready to reach out to Guga to have him try it.. Not yet though… almost.
