I’ve been having a lot of fun making plant based meats using Eggplant. After the @gordonramsay Eggplant steak video I knew I wanted to keep trying to make eggplant meat better. So after eggplant fish and eggplant sandwich I decided to run with it and make an eggplant burger! a juicy meaty vegan burger made from eggplant!!
