I’ve used this shredded protein before, but I dont use it often because its hard to find. Its not online and I barely ever see it in stores. BUT I found something similar and hopefully will be able to nail down exactly how to get the same textured product out to you all because this new textured protein WILL change the way you make plant based meat!
