Rice Paper Bacon
Today we are going to try a recipe for making rice paper into bacon! It’s incredibly easy and pretty quick too! First I’m going to make the bacon marinade. If you like this recipe be sure to check out this one too! and this one!

Marinade
In a bowl I add soy sauce, maple syrup, liquid smoke, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and some black pepper. Then give everything a good stir. Now I’m preheating my oven to 400ºF. I prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. I combine two rice paper sheets and cut them with scissors into bacon slices. Then I quickly wet the rice paper and dip it into the marinade, making sure they are covered.

Taste Test
I place them down on the baking sheet then into the oven for seven to eight minutes. Once they are done in the oven I place them on a wire rack to cool down and crisp up. This bacon looks amazing! And it tastes so good! It is crispy and chewy in some parts, and tastes a lot like bacon! You should give this recipe a try! Watch the full video here!
