What the HECK is Textured Protein and WHY you SHOULD Eat MORE of it! Sometimes called TVP, Textured vegetable protein or textured soy protein but no matter what its called its pretty incredible. Commonly its a single ingredient product made from soy, pea, or wheat protein and it can be really good. (depending on how you flavor it)

Making Lewis Hamilton’s Favorite Dish Healthier for him.. I was reading about Lewis Hamilton and his diet! I’ve been really interested in reading about athletes diets considering they are commonly doing a lot of research and have a lot invested in staying healthy and fit. One thing I kept reading about was how Lewis Hamilton enjoys a plant based curry but he felt it was too fattening… so I lowered the fat and added more protein and it came out incredibly good!
