I Tried Tabitha Brown’s VEGAN Mac ’N’ Cheese after watching Merle O’Neal and I have to say this is THE CHEESIEST Vegan Mac and Cheese recipe I have ever tried. I don’t think there is a cheesier one… this could be entered into a Mac and cheese competition and win in my opinion it’s that good!

Making REAL Foie Gras that even a VEGAN Could EAT. This is Vegan Foie gras, or FAUX Gras if you want to call it that haha
Its made with a cashew base but the combination of common foie gras ingredients with the help from a few emulsifiers you end up with an incredibly realistic foie gras recipe that has some of the internets top chefs salivating over. There have been a LOT of vegan foie gras recipes over the years but this one takes it over the top with a few tweaks. The original chef steps video didnt include any elements that would add an irony taste which I felt was important, and I also wanted to addd a little more savory element to it as well. Beyond that I recreated the Chef steps version fairly close, I like that below along with their taste test video and you can see the reaction of these chefs when they find out its vegan foie gras… its a fun watch for sure! Trying the Insanely Viral UNREAL Roasted Tomato Soup!!

I saw THIS https://youtu.be/zz3D2fc3rvU?si=IBaPhfpuj4QU5y52 Tomato soup recipe on @MobKitchen and I had to make it! IT looked amazing but I wanted to see how it would come out. It was fairly simple recipe with not a lot of ingredients, not a lot of herbs or spices and I just wanted to see if it would fall flat or truly be an unreal roasted tomato soup?
I bought a load of tomatoes, can of coconut milk, onions, garlic, and ginger to make this happen… the only sub I made was instead of white wine vinegar I used a white rice wine vinegar…. didn’t think it would be a huge difference.

I Made REAL Boneless Wings WITH NO Wings! I just watched a video from Joshua Weissman making fried rice stuffed chicken wings and I thought I could do that vegan! We are making a simple fried rice stuff seitan! It’s going to be a nice and juicy vegan chicken stuffed with mushroom fried rice and coated in some Not Steak Sauce wing sauce combo I made!

I was pretty stoked to try this one out because I KNEW this would be a good vegan chicken and I was right!!
