So this sandwich is breaking the internet according to @samthecookingguy so I needed to try to make it… but vegan!
BUT I wanted to try another idea I had, so I made the chopped Italian, but I also dove into 1 other sandwich that came out REALLY good… like really good!
No mixing bowls needed, nothing to prep, just toss it all on a cutting board and go haha

The BEST Chopped Cheese is VEGAN… Now I know this statement is going to get a lot of dislikes, but to me…. it’s my opinion. I think that a meat free, dairy free sandwich that has a LOT of the same qualities as a beef and cheese sandwich is going to be better, actually the best! This chopped cheese sandwich is made entirely out of potato and it’s REALLY good!
